Gagéo, a direct loan fund for the economy, enables companies to obtain long-term financing against their inventory, equipment or leased equipment.
The GAGÉO Fund offers
- loans with maturities of up to 7 years, backed by company assets, inventories and equipment,
- companies, an attractive financing ratio on available assets
- investors, a high level of investment security thanks to the tracking of the underlying assets, as well as a return compatible with the duration of the liabilities of insurance or reinsurance companies and pension funds.
Using a pledge with delivery to obtain long-term financing
- This solution provides stronger security for lenders and a new source of liquidity for companies.
- A contract is set up, granting the pledgee (GAGEO) the right to be paid from the movable assets in the event of the borrower's default.
- Divestment means that while the asset remains the property of the borrower, he is dispossessed of it within the meaning of case law, while remaining on the company's premises.
- The company continues to operate normally.
